How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time takes 1-3 business days. After that, your order will be shipped. If you purchased standard shipping within the U.S. it takes on average 2-4 business days to arrive. If you purchased 2-day shipping within the U.S., then you order will arrive within 2 business days. If you purchased standard international shipping then shipping time can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on where in the world you live and your local mail carrier. *Please note that processing time and shipping time are 2 different steps to getting your order to you! We are constantly working to get orders out as quickly and seamlessly as possible!

Can I have my order expedited?

Yes, the fastest shipping we offer is 2-day shipping, within the U.S. only. 

Do you ship on the weekends?

Normal shipping occurs Monday- Friday. Occasional orders will be shipped on Saturday. 

What happens if I put in the wrong shipping information?

Please send us an email ASAP at MissMaryJaneCo@gmail.com so that we can make any corrections to your order. If the item has already been shipped to the original address that you provided, it will be your responsibility to contact the USPS about the address change. If the postal service returns a package to us for any reason, you will be notified immediately to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.

Wheres my tracking number?

Upon shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order via Stamps.com (for domestic orders). Please note that sometimes this email from stamps.com will go into your spam/junk folder. International orders will receive an email from missmaryjaneco.com. If you have any questions, please shoot an email to MissMaryJaneCo@gmail.com and we will gladly look into it for you! 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return/exchange an item?

We accept returns & exchanges on most items as long as they are unworn, unused (glass products), and not damaged. Jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a defective item, we can offer a return or exchange as well. To make a return/exchange please send us an email at: MissMaryJaneCo@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, items requested to be exchanged (if applicable) to confirm that we have the product in stock and that you are eligible to make a return/exchange. Please send any items that you wish to return/exchange to:

Please include a note in the package with your return address and your order number.

Once your order is received, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

How long do I have to return/exchange an item?

As long as the item is unworn, unused, and not damaged you have 30 days from purchase to return/exchange your purchase.

Discounts & Special Offers:

Why isn't my discount code working?

If your discount code isn't working, it has either:
(a) expired and the code is deactivated
(b) we are running a sale where items are already discounted therefore other promotional codes are deactivated

2 promo codes can never be used at one time. If neither of these are the reason for the code not working, please contact us immediately so that we can help figure out a solution. 


Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Colorado.
